Turandoh, a 3-year-old Lusitano Mix buckskin gelding with impressive color and a noble metallic sheen, is for sale. He comes from an exciting pairing: his sire is a powerful Pearl Andalusian, his dam a buckskin Lusitano mare with bullfighting pedigree. This is reflected in his strong nerves, intelligence, and responsiveness – ideal prerequisites for disciplines such as working equitation, classical dressage, or ambitious leisure riding.

Turandoh is currently about 1.62 m tall and is expected to reach a final height of about 1.64–1.66 m. He is still growing and appears youthful and “slouchy,” but his strong foundation, pronounced chest, and elegant neck already give a hint of what an eye-catcher he will become.

He is:

• clear-headed, attentive, and strong-nerved
• socialized by growing up in a herd (including mixed herds)
• familiar with grazing, leading, tying, grooming, and hoof careready to start ground work

He has a friendly, eager-to-learn, and cooperative character—a great project for someone looking for a horse with substance and intelligence.

Turandoh is herd-compatible and tends to be low in rank. He can easily be integrated into mixed herds and is fence-safe.

The video shows him on the lunge for the first time. We will continue to work with him lightly to get him used to the saddle and bridle.
