This pretty bay PRE gelding has only been in one hand. He was bought raw from the Arenas Stud and then trained himself and ridden as a leisure horse, but also presented at dressage competitions. With much heartache his owner had to part with him because she has a new job and also has to move. Tunante has a uniquely good character and can therefore be recommended for weaker riders or children without hesitation. He is very easy to ride, lies well in the hand, responds well to the aids and has been trained correctly.
For a Spanish horse it is a bit unusual that his mane has been spoiled, but for the concursions it was easier to handle. For sure the bain will grow back. Tunante has had a full inspection with x-rays. He descends from Duque, a stallion who has won several awards and has been included in the rare series of “elite” stallions. Tunante’s dam is Yeguada Militar bred (Remache line).
